just four days ago the boston celtics spoiled the washington wizards' home opener but coach whitman was impressed with the heart that he saw on the court that night. well, last night the wiz going for revenge in beantown and once again you can say they played with some heart. the wizards put everything they had out on the floor. down 11 at one point in the fourth, here underneath. jams it home to tie things up at 80. now 30 seconds left, still tied up. rajon rondo nailings the two pointer and gives the celtics the lead. but with time winding down, wiz down two. singleton and slams it home and we're headed to overtime. in ot though the celtics able to pull away. rondo finds bass down the court for the dagger. wizards gave a good effort but lose this one by six. and fall to 0-3 on the season. >>> check out this scene. the second leg of d.c. united's playoff series against new york was postponed from last night to tonight because of heavy snowfall from the nor'easter. if you recall, their first leg was already moved from new york -- new jersey to d.c. because of superstorm sandy. look at t

right now i'm thinking south and east of us far enough away so that our travel plans between here and boston should be pretty g. out west they'll be good -- pretty good. out west they'll be good south and east could be an issue here for those who are traveling. as far as the forecast today, a cool one. clouds keeping us a little bit on the cool side today. 49 for leesburg. 47 winchester while manassas, one of our warm spots at 52 and 49 on the bay in annapolis. here's the forecast. today northeast winds at 5 so they'll be light with a high around 50. mix of sun and clouds. tonight we're dipping back into the mid- to upper 30s in d.c. with low 30s north and west. tomorrow agent bit more sunshine so should be a little warmer, about 54. saturday looks good. terps are home, 56. so a nice football fall feel to the air. then on saturday night, the clouds 41. sunday into monday, this is when we could have that coastal. close but i think not close enough to really bother us too much. still i only have a drop in. we had more rain earlier in the week so that trend has been good for us. 55 on monday an
